Forty-Niners rookie mini camp just ended right behind me and it was kind of.
Boring in the sense that they did warmups and the rookie and the, the draft picks were out there, but they did 7 on 7s, no 11 on 11s, and none of the actual draft picks participated in the 7 on 7s because God forbid, you know, Dejoun Stribling drop a pass, that would be a headline and the 49ers definitely didn't want any headlines today.
So what I got for you, um, Dajon Stribling and Kaylin Black and Carver Willis definitely have NFL bodies.
They look like they've been in the NFL.
They look like they're 24 years old, probably because they are, or they're close to it, or some of them are.
So that's good.
Romelo Height is the smallest defensive lineman I've seen on the 49ers since Peter Tomapiu, um, but again, I, they did 7 on 7.
I can't tell if he's good or not at football.
Kaylin Black.
Uh, says he can catch the ball.
I saw him drop one ball.
It wasn't a great, uh, a, a, a super well thrown pass, but he also has T. rex arms and, um, you know, 8 catches in the last two years.
Uh, Curtis Rourke threw passes today and completed a lot of them in 7 on 7s as he should, just not a lot of takeaways, and that was by design.
So 2 weeks until OTAs will actually do some competition.
I don't know.

Back in my day, which was like, uh, 2 years ago.
They would have Reynardo Green and Ricky Pearsall, the 1st round pick and the 2nd round pick, matching up against each other.
