Jc Latham is a much better answer to this question than Dan Moore.
I agree.
Because of the fact that he, is younger, he is a higher draft pick, he was drafted higher because of his physical profile, his ath- like, the, the combination of strength and size and athleticism that's really rare.
the very, very best version of JC Latham is an elite NFL tackle.
Not a, not a good NFL tackle, like, which is definitely what Dan Moore is in my opinion, but an elite one.
And we're gonna talk in a, in a minute when we kind of broaden this out to a thought experiment, like, what, what does an elite NFL tackle actually do for you as a team?
How does that impact winning and losing?
spoiler, I think it, it's bigger than a lot of people give it credit for.
If you can get the best out of JC Latham and he can play to his potential here this upcoming season, you have Dan Moore, who is, like you said, solid, going to be top 20 left tackle, I would say.
Like, he, I think he's maybe slightly below average, if not average, as a, as, as a left tackle.
That works.
If you can get JC Latham to be a top 10 guy, a top 12 guy, that's y- pretty much as, as good as you can get in terms of bookend tackles in the league
