I'll hold it.

I'll hold it.

Jess Hull, you just told me off camera, can you say again how you felt going through the first part of the race?

I didn't know what felt good for the first day.

I think, I don't know, it just felt a bit flat, and then I woke up this way, but it's happened many times, so I just kind of know, like, just keep yourself in it, and the legs will come round and they did when it came down to the racing part.

But it meant that kind of when I went to the lead with maybe a hundred to go, I was a little bit surprised that I ever got off the ground.

Yeah.

But yeah, it's never judge a race by the first couple of laps.

Yeah.

That's, that's, I feel like it's a philosophical thing we can all take away.

Yeah.

You know?

But how do you feel?

I mean, I know you came, just came, just barely got second there- Yeah right off the meet record.

Yeah.

Put, putting your whole season in context- Yeah what builds up to that type of race?

That's the best opening all season, so I'm pretty proud of that.

I think I have been training really smoothly this year, so it's been a real good time to just get back to my best times, and I've just, that, that's what then coming into the crunch part, like just a good time.

Yeah.

That's good.

That's good.

All right.

So that being said, we do have a handful of meets left.

This is the hottest part of the season.

Yeah.

What's next for you, and how are you feeling about it?

I have the eight hundred in Zurich on Thursday night- Okay so I'm very excited.

I think that eight hundred is super hard, and I'm just gonna go out there, have some fun and try and run really fast, and hopefully be positive during the first five hundred, and then give it some muscle for the final.

All right.

We'll see you all at each of those stops.

Yep.

Definitely.

Okay.

Good.
