Khamzat Chimaev gets Gilbert Burns rematch, this time on wrestling mat

Khamzat Chimaev and Gilbert Burns will meet in a Real American Freestyle wrestling rematch at RAF 13 on Sept. 18 at Watsco Center in Coral Gables, Florida, renewing a rivalry first staged in the UFC. The Khamzat Chimaev vs. Gilbert Burns matchup follows their UFC 273 bout, where Chimaev won a decision and the contest earned Fight of the Night. This Real American Freestyle appearance arrives as Chimaev is also scheduled to face former UFC champion Tyron Woodley in the RAF Moscow main event on Sept. 5, after debuting earlier this year against Dillon Danis. Burns retired from MMA in April after a loss to Mike Malott, has shifted to management and UFC BJJ, and makes his RAF debut.
