And then your early impression of, the rookie quarterback that you guys drafted, Ty Simpson- Yeah number 13 overall there.
What, what's been the, the early, impression of him?
Yeah, no, Ty's a leader.
You know, Ty, that's why I would say Ty is a leader.
Ty, he's not shy.
He's not shy to speak to you.
He's not shy to talk to you.
He's not shy to, "You know what, man, run this a little bit different."
You know?
And so yesterday I, yesterday I was throwing with Ty, and it w- it was, it was cool because we were have w- like I said, open, op- we were able to have that open dialogue, the communic- communication of, you know, this is what I'm thinking compared to what him, what he is thinking, and let's go run this route b- based on what, based what that look is we are both thinking about.
And so, you know, I'm excited for Ty.
I'm excited him, for him to just be able to grow under Matthew.
You know, I've, I played with Matthew for it's gotta be five years now.
To me, he's the greatest quarterback that's played the game of football that, you know, I've seen with my own two eyes.
And so I'm excited that, you know, Ty has that, that person to learn from, you know?
That person to look up to, that person to, you know, ask questions.
'Cause, you know, if I was him, I would be a sponge.
I would try to soak in everything, that Matthew says, Matthew does, the work that he does, the work that he puts in, the film that he watches.
So, you know, Ty has a very great example of who to watch.
You know, if, if that's what he wants to be, and which I know he wants to be.
So he has ex- a great example of who to watch
