During the offseason, you said personality was a big thing for you, bringing in new guys.
What is it like seeing those pieces kind of come together now?
Yeah, you know, uh, everyone's personality is welcome, but, uh, you know, their production, we tell them is demanded.
So we just want them to be themselves, be their best selves, and go produce because, uh, nobody really cares about their personalities in our building.
We just want them to play their best football.
You've seen out of Spencer Burford.
What what has he done?
What Um, you know, Spencer is a guy that's got some really good film in San Francisco.
He's come here and has gelled well with our system and, uh, is a big part of this, of this Gard competition.
You mentioned that you wanted Fernandez.
Push her, how has that played out so far this week?
Yeah, anytime they complete a ball better than he does or get it out faster than he does, then he should get pissed and get better, you know, just that's, uh, that's the goal, and I think they've done that, you know, in these, in these 1st 3 practices is that every guy doing something good every day, and it's, it makes the other guy want to stay after practice a little bit longer to work on that pro that they missed.
It's a really bright room.
Coach Sullivan is doing a great job.
You thinking about actions for 3 days.
Uh, he just picked up where he left off.
He's, he's, he wants to be a, a major, major part of this team, and we're gonna give him that opportunity.
You see from uh Mike Washington as a compliment and how their styles.
Um, yeah, uh, Mike is Mike's a rookie.
Rookie back in the NFL is hard work, especially in the protection game.
Um, so we're giving him a ton of reps there.
Just keep, keep them growing.
It's a competition with Mike, with Bob, and Chris Collier.
We have, we have a lot of, a lot of good backs here and those guys also know they're always competing with the rest of the NFL's roster.
You know, it's not just our route.
Just gotta keep giving a rest and see who we can count on.
