Coach Roman can be is a guy that you guys are, are high on, but what is it about him he's got to do in this camp to earn a roster.

Sorry, it's a little warm in here.

Although I've been around Vegas all summer, it's not that warm.

I did see my first scorpion last night, so, uh, got that going for me right now.

But uh, what can you repeat?

Yeah, what are you looking out for out of him would you win a roster spot?

You know, just, um, first, you know, first and foremost, how can you get better at your position to what, what can you digest assignment wise?

Can we trust you in the role and you are, uh, the role that you're in, and then, you know, how do you help us on special.

Teams as well.

I think coach talked about that yesterday, and we all know that these young guys, they got to help in all phases of the game.

So you know that's all stuff we're looking at and evaluating.

How big of a jump do you anticipate Ashton Genti making in year two ?

What have you seen from him so far?

I think he's, you know, taking a leadership role.

I'd love to see that from him.

Love to see him, you know, just come with that enthusiasm every day .

So we're excited for him and what he brings and just keep coaching him every.

Single rep getting better, um, being very, um, very deliberate on what we're asking him to do each and every day so we can build on his strengths and put him in a position to be successful.

What do you think's been the biggest asset of having Kirk Cousins not only on the field, but also just being able to mentor the rest of the quarterbacks as well, or not mentor, but just work alongside him?

I, I think it's really, you know, all those guys working together.

Um, Kirk brings a lot of experience and a lot of knowledge in different offense, different situations.

Situations, goods, bads, highs, lows, all that stuff.

So, but all those guys have different experiences that they're drawing off each other.

So whether it's Kirk, you know , giving advice or each other, just bouncing ideas off of each other, making each other better, and, and pushing each other on the field in the meeting room together, um, being able to talk with the guys and, um, you know, share their experiences and, and what they're looking for, how to get, how to get open and different things like that, that's all really valuable for us.
