Ohio State QB Julian Sayin Out Indefinitely With Shoulder Injury

Ohio State quarterback Julian Sayin is out indefinitely after hurting his shoulder in Saturday's 19-15 win over Indiana. Coach Ryan Day said Tuesday that the Buckeyes are preparing to play without him for the rest of the regular season and postseason, though Sayin has not been ruled out for the year. True freshman Luke Fahey, who replaced Sayin against Indiana, and sophomore Tavien St. Clair will split first-team reps during the bye week. No starter has been named yet for the October 31 game. Offensive coordinator Arthur Smith says the offense will adapt to whoever wins the job.
