Tommy Jaggay of Fancied here with NFL expert Marcus Mosier, and we're gonna give you Marcus' final predictive mock draft before the 2026 NFL draft.

Marcus, are you ready?

Yeah, I'm ready to do it.

Let's, uh, let's, let's go through this thing.

One week and counting, here we go.

Uh, up first, Marcus , your number one overall pick.

Pretty obvious one, right?

Uh, yeah, it's Jeremiah.

No, it's, uh, Fernando Mendoza.

Uh, this is the pick that we thought for a long time.

I'm, I'm excited to see what it looks like in Clint Kubiak's offense.

I'm really more excited to see what the Raiders do in round two because this has been a foregone conclusion for about 4 months now.

Yeah.

Oh yeah, cat's out of the bag.

Kirk Cousins released it and everything.

Not that we needed any more confirmation.

Fernando Mendoza.

Going #1.

Marcus, who do you have going #2 to the New York Jets?

It's still up in the air a little bit between David Bailey and Arvel Reese.

I'm going with Bailey just because I think he's a little bit more pro-ready as a pass rusher, and Aaron Glenn's got to get this defense turned around if he wants to save his job.

That's the way that I'm leaning, at least right now, one week until the draft.

Yeah, and I can see both schools of thoughts there.

The Jets aren't ready yet.

They don't have their quarterback in place.

They still have draft picks for the future.

Uh, I would be OK if I was a Jets fan going Reese and just take the, the 20-year old and hope that you can develop him.

They go with a little bit of a safer play here.

I do think that Bailey is a relatively high floor prospect because he's so explosive, so productive off the edge.

And so that means with the Cardinals, Marcus, at number 3, this is where the Ohio State run happens and it starts with Arvel Reese.

I know the Cardinals have had issues with these hybrid players before.

I think they would love to take an offensive lineman here, they would love to trade down.

We're not doing trades in this mock draft, just everybody's sticking and picking.

So I'm gonna have them taking Arvel Reese to pair with Josh Sweat.

Maybe he plays some traditional linebacker, maybe it's on the edge, but I, I, I think Arvel Reese is the best player in this class.

I think he goes 3 to Arizona here.

Yeah, I mean, offensive line is ideally what Arizona could take in this situation.

There's not a player that's better than Arvel Reese on the board.

And so just go with the BPA pick.

They need the talent on the roster.

I like the mentality of doing that much more than going with like a Jeremiah Love or something to try to, uh, get yourself into win now mode when your window is for the future.

All right, Marcus, number 4 with the Tennessee Titans.

Yeah, and with the two edge rushers gone, this puts the Titans in a tough spot.

I think Jeremiah Love could be the pick, but I'm going Sonny Styles.

Robert Salah had Fred Warner in San Francisco uh for multiple years.

He wants that linebacker that can do it all, that can, that can cover, can make it challenging for teams to throw over the middle of the field.

It's a tough spot for the Titans here, but they just take the top, the top player on their board, and that's Sonny Styles, who I do think can be the face of the rebuild for the, for the, this one's an interesting one because how much truth to there is the Jeremiah Love rumors in this landing spot too, because I can see that being a pick at number 4.

I could see it as well.

I, I'm on , I'm, I'm hoping that the Titans don't take a running back at that spot, but taking an off-ball linebacker in terms of positional value isn't great either.

Uh, but, I, I think Styles just makes you're splitting hairs at this point.

And so Styles, I like, I think he's a rare linebacker prospect.

I can at least get behind that even though the Titans aren't ready to win.

Number 5, the New York Giants.

And this is a tough one.

Jeremiah Love has been mocked here, Sonny Styles has been mocked here.

I'm going with Caleb Downs, and the reasoning is.

John Harbaugh has had some elite safeties in his career with Ed Reed in the early 2000s.

Uh, he had, uh, obviously Kyle Hamilton over the last couple of years, who's been an all-pro caliber player, and he has already called him a potential Hall of Fame prospect.

And I know they don't have a big need at safety, but Downs is more than just a safety.

He can be a slot defender.

He can be a box linebacker.

I think this is our first big wild card pick of the draft.

I think Caleb Downs, who again doesn't have the positional value that you want, goes to the typical year, Marcus, you would think, all right, a safety at pick number 5 who didn't do any athletic testing, who has a 72 inch wingspan.

and change who was potentially flagged for a knee issue.

Well, and that safety is Caleb Downs, and he's one of the most talented players of a class that's kind of void of a lot of the blue chip prospects.

You can get behind that.

Uh, John Harbaugh is going to be in win now mode.

They're going to try to be competitive right away.

Uh, I can see that absolutely being the pick at number 5 if Stiles is wiped out, especially.

Number 6, the Cleveland Browns.

This one's really tricky.

I think it could be an offensive lineman.

I think Spencer Fono, Francis Moinoa are, are in consideration here, but I'm going with Carnell Tate, so that's our 4th Ohio State player in a row.

It gives the Browns a legitimate outside receiver to pair with Jerry Judy and Isaiah Bond and Cedric Tillman, and I think they're hoping that they can find their offensive lineman later.

In round one, but Carnell Tate Ohio State is such an NFL producing powerhouse for the top 6 picks in the draft, could very well end up being Ohio State prospects.

Carnell Tate, safe prospect in this class if there's such a thing .

Uh, I think that that is a wise decision knowing the run of receivers that could ensue before their next selection.

Marcus, Washington Commanders at number 7.

Jeremiah Love, running back from Notre Dame.

I, I would like to see them draft a receiver because they've got Terry McLaurin and nothing else there, but they might not feel like there's a receiver here at 7 that's worth a pick with Tate off the board.

They take Love, they add somebody who's explosive and dynamic out of the backfield.

I don't think he falls much further than this, so we'll, we'll go with Love.

I mean, in terms of the prospects, you're getting my number 1 prospect in the class, but where does that positional value align?

Are the commanders ready to take that swing?

I do think for them and their situation, you've got your quarterback in place.

This is a, this is a comfortable spot where you can pair him with a legitimately, uh, potentially elite runner at the next level.

Uh, some would consider a generational running back prospect.

We don't throw that out there lightly.

Very good prospect, uh, top player in the class, Washington Commanders get their running back, Marcus, the New Orleans Saints, who can go a number of directions here with their roster needs.

Yeah, I'm having them take Monsieur Delane from LSU, having him stay in state, just a really clean prospect, can play on the outside, can play in the slot.

Uh, the, the Saints have a cornerback need, and you can never have enough of these guys.

I think Monsieur Delaine is too good to fall outside the top 10.

He goes, Yeah, I mean, I like this pick.

This is an on-value selection or even a, a high-value selection.

Mansoor Delane, easily the number one cornerback in the class.

Injury to Jamud McCoy, Chris Johnson, small school guy.

Delane is just a box check.

In every way.

A little bit undersized for a boundary cornerback, but I really like his game, his skill set.

He's got a lot to offer.

Uh, I think that they could go wide receiver, they could go, uh, uh, Ruben Bain, like there's a lot of directions they can go here.

Uh, Delane though, maybe the safest of that group and getting a good football player.

Number 9 to the Kansas City Chiefs, Marcus.

I think this is gonna be a big people draft for Kansas City.

I think they gotta get bigger and stronger up front.

So I'm having them taking Francis Moinaa, who actually this is probably the right spot for him.

I think he could be a right tackle for them if, you know, with now that they've released Jawan Taylor.

If it doesn't work out at tackle, you can kick him in over to left guard, have him replace Kingsley Sue and Mattia.

I think Mau we know is just too good of a prospect for the Chiefs.

Yeah, I like him much better in this range than you we're talking.

Like a top 3 pick, uh, to the Arizona Cardinals.

Now we know a good football player should be a quality right tackle.

If all else fails, projects as a high-profile guard at the next level.

I think he should be able to stick there.

They need protection upfront.

He fits the bill .

Maybe not as good of a pass protector as a run blocker, uh, but the Chiefs will take what they can get in the trenches here.

Marcus, we've got the Cincinnati Bengals at pick number 10.

Yeah, I'm going with Ruben Bain Junior, and this is typically not the type of player they select.

They usually like the big, longer athletes.

But Bain fits them really well.

I think he can be the other starting edge rusher with Shamar Stewart.

Uh, he's a big time producer, and it gives them some juice off the edge that they, yeah, you wanna go the polar opposite of what they drafted last year in Samar Shamar Stewart.

That is Ruben Bain Junior, a guy.

Who is short, compact, but when you turn on the tape, you love what you see, the combination of power and bend.

Uh, I really like Ruben Bain.

I think I have him 7 on my board.

And so, uh, quality value pick and you're getting a top 3 most valuable position.

Marcus, we've got the Dolphins in full rebuild mode at pick number 11.

Uh, this is an ideal pick for them.

Spencer Fno, who is a right tackle at Utah, but I think can play legitimately all five spots.

The Dolphins do have their tackles with Austin Jackson and Patrick Paul, but this gives them a guy that can come in and start at guard right away, and then could potentially play either one of those tackle spots.

He's incredibly athletic, the tape is very clean.

The only concern is the arm length, but for a guy that's gonna likely play guard, center, maybe right tackle.

I just think it's a great pick for a team that really needs to rebuild does have a bit of a tweener profile when you're talking 32 inch arms and change.

It's always a little bit concerning, especially after what we saw, uh, in the Super Bowl last year for the Patriots.

But I do think that he does give you position flex.

If he doesn't work out at tackle, you can slide him literally anywhere else along the line.

I think he's a top 10 or 12 prospect in this class, a good pick for them.

And then you've got your Dallas Cowboys at pick number 12.

Yeah, I'm going with Kelrick Falk, who I know a lot of GMs and decision makers like more than maybe draft analysts and fans, uh, big, long, athletic.

He can play multiple positions.

Christian Parker wants to have a versatile defense.

This is a guy that could play 5 technique to 0 technique.

I think the Cowboys just add another big body.

Uh, I know he's not the the best pass rusher in the world, but somebody that gives them a lot more flexibility fit for their 34, and I think that he's a guy.

can slide up and down that line if you can even play some 4I and some 5 tech.

And so, uh, interesting chess piece for them to work with there.

All right, Marcus, 13 onto the LA Rams and they're bound to do something spicy here, right?

Yeah, I've got him taking Jordan Tyson, who could certainly go earlier than this, but this is really just a bet on the talent.

Uh, the Rams are in a win now window.

They try to trade Devonte Adams this offseason.

Adams is also getting older.

Fukun Nua has had a rough offseason.

This is a guy that can come in, fill the number 3 receiver spot, and also could give you some upside in a, in a passing offense that we expect to be prolific.

We've seen Makai Lemon here a lot in this 13 pick slot, and I, I think it makes a ton of sense for him.

Jordan Tyson, if you're betting on the best, maybe pure talent.

At wide receiver in this class.

He would be my number one receiver if not for the injuries.

He missed 34% of his NFL career.

That's obviously noteworthy, but a guy that can get open every play.

I would love to see him in this fit, uh, in Sean McVeigh's offense.

I think that would be pretty spectacular.

And maybe that's the move that puts the Rams back over the hump again.

Marcus , we're on to the Baltimore Ravens with the 14th overall pick.

Yeah, I'm going Vega Iwai, the guard from Penn State.

They've got to get better upfront.

The, the interior offensive line was a mess.

They lost title of Lindebaum.

Uh, I think Vegas is a pretty clean fit.

I mean, this one's no questions asked here that could they go wide receiver?

I think absolutely they could take another wide receiver to pair with Zay Flowers to give another weapon, um.

For Declan Doyle's offense, Lamar Jackson to work with, but Veia makes so much sense when you've got a somewhat depleted offensive line and you lost your best offensive lineman in free agency, go out and fill that void with maybe the highest floor offensive lineman in this class in Vegas.

Uh, Marcus, the, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at pick 15.

Kenyon Siddiq, and this is a tough one.

I think Siddiq goes somewhere in the top 20.

It's tough to find a landing spot, but I do think he fits well with Kate Otton.

He can play in the slot.

He actually blocks pretty well for being an athletic tight end.

Maybe he's more of an H-back, but I think for a team that needs more weapons with Mike Evans gone, Chris Godwin getting older, I think Siddiq makes a lot of sense, and we've seen with this connection so much.

Over the past few months.

I do think it makes a lot of sense.

Just add him in there.

He's a young guy, uh, on a, on a bit of an older roster and you can kind of build your team around this player.

Maybe they have their future number one already in place, what they drafted last year, uh, in, uh, well, I'm, I'm blanking on the name now.

The Bucks Uh, and Kabuka, uh, Tez Johnson and Kabua looked awesome when he was healthy last year.

Siddiq, have him as a slot option.

I like that fit.

And then the New York Jets, uh, could get this player to fall in their lap in pick 16, Marcus.

Yeah, and that's Makai Lemmon.

He just would be a great fit with Garrett Wilson.

Wilson plays primarily on the outside.

You let Lemon be the slot receiver, and you start off a draft with David Bailey and Makai Lemon with your first two picks if you're the Jets.

That is the way that you restart this rebuild, uh, and get the team going in the right direction.

I mean, if the draft works out that way where you can.

David Bailey and Makai Lemon.

Uh, yeah, you take that to the bank every single day.

Um, I love that selection for the, for the Jets there.

I think that if Lemon's off the board potentially in Omar Cooper Jr. that's a name that's been heating up recently, but Lemon, they will gladly take that at pick 16.

And so we're on to the Detroit Lions with the 17th selection.

Uh, they need offensive tackle help.

There's a lot of guys available here, including Kaden Proctor, but I'm going Monroe Freling, who could be a left tackle.

They lost Taylor Decker this offseason.

There's been some talk about moving Penne Sewell over to left tackle, but you draft Freling, who is a natural left tackle, you keep Sewell on the right side .

Uh, this is more, I think appropriate for.

Freeling than some of the mocks where he was going inside the top 6 picks.

I think at 17, that's a great value.

6 always felt rich for a project type of left tackle who's not all the way there yet.

This is right in the range.

I have him.

I believe he's 18th on my board.

I like Monroe feeling a good bit because of the upside, the physical, the, the length, the athletic profile.

Uh, you're taking that big swing, hoping to find your tackle of the future here now and maybe you'll flip him back to the right side.

Either way, Suel Freling makes for a pretty athletic, uh, combination of offensive tackle pairing.

Marcus, Minnesota Vikings at, at pick 18.

And this might be one of the most frequently mocked selections, uh, since the pre-draft process began.

Well, and it makes sense.

Dylan Tiedeman, uh, fits Brian Flores's defense well.

Harrison Smith, it doesn't seem like he's gonna come back.

It seems like it's pretty likely that he's gonna retire.

Uh, and Tiedeman can be a guy that can play in the slot, he can play in the box, he can play as a free safety, and for Flores, you need these versatile defenders, uh, that can move all around.

I think Tiedeman can also, uh, he can blitz, he's a great fit, he's also a supreme athlete.

I love Dylan Tum in the last of my first-round grades.

I think that he checks a ton of boxes you look for in terms of size, athletic traits, uh, production, ball skills.

He is that type of guy.

And so I think he's well deserving of being a mid 1st round selection.

Vikings have that gaping hole now at safety.

Just makes too much sense to ignore.

And we'll go safety back to back here, Marcus, because who do you have going to the Carolina Panthers at 19?

I've got Emmanuel McNeil Warren, and I know this is a little bit of an interesting pick considering that they've paid Trayvon Merrick and Nick Scott, but he's somebody that can play in the slot, he can be a linebacker.

I really like Emmanuel McNeil Warren, and for a defense that wants to be big and physical, he makes a ton of sense.

That Carolina defense was really good in the second half of last year.

I think having those three safeties that you can interchange and move around.

The film's really good on Emmanuel McNeil Warren, and you take him in this range.

I'm fine with that.

You really like what the secondary has going for it all of a sudden.

If you add him to the mix there, that versatile chess piece who can move, uh, play nickel, play dime, play, play deep safety, whatever you want him to do.

Box, preferably best situation for him.

Gonna be a good football player, I think, at the next level.

And your Cowboys are back on the clock here at pick 20.

Yeah, they take Colton Hood.

The theme of this draft for them is getting young and more athletic, and Colton Hood, he's a really good cover player who also tackles extremely well.

Uh, the athleticism is good, not great.

He's got good but not great size, and that's why you're seeing him in the back half of round one versus in the front half of it.

I do think could go somewhere between 20 and 30, and I think the Cowboys are a really good.

I think this is probably the top end of his range here.

I'm a little bit lower on Hood, but I do think that his overall game will translate well to the next level.

Very physical pressman corner.

Uh, you kind of like his skill set that you have working with him there, Marcus.

My Steelers on the clock at 21, who do you have them going with?

Uh, Omar Cooper Jr. with the top 3 receivers off the board, Cooper is the best one left, and I think he makes the most sense in a Mike McCarthy offense because he can play outside, he can play in the slot.

He probably would start in the slot with DK Metcalf and Pittman on the outside.

He's tough.

He's physical.

He's competitive.

Uh, I think this is right where he should go.

I think it's a really good landing.

There is an inside Signetti connection.

Here to the Indiana days.

And so I can see that being a possibility for the Steelers.

Obviously, the fit would be good , I think in Mike McCarthy's offense.

Have him start as your slot receiver with DK and Michael Pittman on the outside.

Marcus, uh , the Los Angeles Chargers on the clock at pick 22.

I'm going Kaheem Mezador, the edge rusher from Miami.

Now, the reason why I think this makes some sense, and I'm a little bit lower on Mezador than most people, but the Chargers love these versatile defensive linemen that they can kind of move all over, and Tuli Tullilopo, make sure I get that right, is a similar type of player that can kick inside.

Mezador is actually a nose tackle for, for West Virginia earlier in his career.

Now he's an older prospect, but I think if you put him with Kh Khalil Mack.

Tulli, Bud Dupree, you're getting another big physical guy that can give you some juice off the edge.

I like this fit for him, and this is honestly, this is where he should be considered.

Not so much you wonder what that defense is gonna look like without Jesse Minter now, but what better way to address it than to take an NFL-ready starter right now in Mezador, who's 25 years old, but I think has a lot to offer still, at least early in his NFL career, Marcus, the Eagles at pick number 23.

This is a tough one, but I've had them taking Jermaud McCoy.

They don't really have a big need at cornerback.

They could use another guy on the outside that gives him some, some, uh, some big playability.

He's a great athlete.

We'll see where that knee is at.

I think there's gonna be a lot of teams that are concerned about.

How healthy he is, but for a team like the Eagles that's in a winnow window, maybe he could be a danger so big on McCoy.

We've seen it anywhere from 8th overall until the 2nd round.

It just depends on what people think of those medical checks.

The talent's there.

This feels like a Philadelphia Eagles pick where they're just going straight BPA and they don't even care about that kind of stuff.

Uh, Marcus , number 24 Cleveland Browns, they took Carnell Tate.

Now who do they have?

This works out incredibly well for them.

Caden Proctor, who a lot of people believe could be an option at 6, falls to 24.

Uh, you and I are maybe a little bit lower on the tape, but 24 is where you gamble on somebody with his traits, right?

Maybe he's not a left tackle, maybe he's more of a guard, and that's OK.

If you draft him at 24 and he ends up just being a guard in the NFL, you don't feel like you're losing value.

I think he is a guy that could, that might need some time to develop.

In the NFL, but you're getting a very tcy young player.

Yeah, and I believe I have him at 22.

And so I actually like it at this stage in the draft.

Don't like it as early as before, but that's why the sequencing matters.

Uh, and if the Browns go, Carnell Tay early can still get a really good tackle, uh, where the depth aligns right there .

Marcus, the Chicago Bears at pick number 25.

Going TJ Parker, the edge rusher from Clemson, they just need more edge or edge rush help, and he's a pretty clean prospect.

I don't think he played as well as we had hoped in 2025, but plays a run, very powerful, high character, durable.

I think TJ Parker is a fine guy when you think of the well-rounded.

Edge rushers in this class.

Parker comes to, comes right to mind.

I think he's got a balanced skill set.

I think he'll be at least a solid player, maybe an edge two in the NFL, but a good pick at an important position for the Bears.

Uh, we're on the clock with the Buffalo Bills at pick number 26 now.

And we'll speed through some of these last ones a little faster, but Jacob Rodriguez, the perfect Matt Milano replacement.

All he does is make plays.

He's a little bit older, he's a little bit smaller, but this is a guy that was the best linebacker in the country last season.

I love Milano like in so many ways, and he's just a playmaker at the linebacker position.

I would expect that to translate to the next level, even if plays, uh , the, the splash plays are a little bit unpredictable.

Uh, we're on the clock with the 49ers at picked 27.

They need offensive tackle help.

We still don't know what's gonna happen with Trent Williams and his contract, but you take Blake Miller here at the end of the first round.

I think he could be a right tackle, I think he could be a left tackle, maybe he could even kick inside the guard, but he's got the athleticism.

That Kyle Shanahan usually likes.

High, high character player, more than.

I mean, I think this guy is actually being a little bit slept on in this pretty crowded offensive tackle class.

He played at a high-level competition in the ACC.

He's got pretty solid film.

The feet are obviously there, and then he tested as a 99th percentile athlete.

I like Blake Miller a good deal, has a ton of snaps under his belt already.

I think this is a great fit, uh, for the 49ers.

And we're gonna go back to back offensive tackle, Marcus, who do you have at 28?

I know this is a guy you like.

Oh, Max Ian Anker from Arizona State, like this would be a dream pick for Houston.

Uh, they traded away Titus Howard, their starting right tackle.

You bring in Ian Anker, he starts right away.

Trent Brown goes back to being the backup tackle.

Maybe Brown starts the season early, uh, and you know, you let Ian Anchor develop a little bit, but this would be a phenomenal NFL.

Teams seem to really like and I think he's been flying up draft boards, uh, doesn't have a huge body of work and a foreigner and, and, uh, I've only been playing football for several years now, but a lot to work with there in terms of the skill set.

Uh, good fit there as well.

Marcus, we're on the clock with the Chiefs at 29.

Again, big people draft.

Cayden McDonald, you put him next to Chris Jones on that defensive line.

He stops the run, uh, it allows it eats up double teams.

It allows Kansas City to be better on rundowns.

They don't have to devote so many players upfront to stopping the run.

I love this fit.

I love this player.

I think he should go much higher than this, but he falls all the way down to Kansas City here.

You have the Dolphins going in, uh, offense first time around and offense again now here at pick 30.

Yeah, Denzel Boston, I think this is the range where he should be considered a big time outside receiver, probably not in the mold of, of a number one, but just somebody that they could, they can funnel targets to.

I think Boston here late round one, early round, I don't like Boston as much when we're talking about him like.

Early 20s, but 30, I can get behind that.

Uh, young guy, he's got, got some room to grow.

Uh, Dolphins need all the help that they can get, especially in the offensive side of the ball.

You give your new quarterback, Malik Willis, a weapon here.

Marcus, New England Patriots at pick 31.

Going Peter Woods, and they don't have a big need at defensive tackle, but Christian Barrymore has not been able to stay on the field over the last couple of years.

You just add somebody who has got a lot of talent that can be a third-down rusher.

We know Mike Frabel likes to beef up the defensive line.

I think Peter Woods, as a rotational guy early in his career, and this is a do a lot of damage.

Talked about as like a potential top 5 or 10 pick in the draft, did not have as good of a 2025 season.

We wondered if he could slide out of the first round altogether.

Uh, maybe this is the right spot to take a swing at Peter Woods and hope you can regain some of that 2024 magic.

And then the final pick of the first-round, Marcus, uh, the Seattle Seahawks.

Uh, one of my favorite players in the class, Chris Johnson, cornerback too for me, just an outstanding value for Seattle.

They lost Tariq Woollen in free agency.

He can be an outside guy.

He can play in the slot, give Seattle and Mike McDonald another versatile defender.

Chris Johnson fan, one of the more underrated players in this class.

All right, this is the stack in the Box show.
