I hate this spot for the Orioles.

Man, I, you and I talked about it yesterday.

They had that game that, I don't know how they lost that game in extra innings to Colorado last night.

It was such a weird series.

Lower scoring, extra innings.

The Orioles end up losing what?

Two of three.

Then they had to leave there.

Now they gotta go home and take on a Red Sox team that got the snot beat out of them by Seattle.

Man, I, i- if they weren't in Colorado, I might look at the Orioles, but I'm finding it hard to look at the Orioles here, Craig.

Well, but, you know, Brandon Young has, has probably been their most consistent pitcher recently, so, you know, that gives you a little bit of hope here.

The revenge factor is in, so you may wanna bet total bases tonight for Adley Rutschman.

He returns to Baltimore.

You know how that usually goes.

Jake Bennett starts for Boston.

He's been one of their nice stories.

Nine and 6, 3.27 earned run average.

And I, and I do worry sometimes when teams lose like the Orioles did, what their psyche is going into the next day.

Now, Seattle didn't have that effect.

They went out and beat Boston.

I think what we're seeing with Boston, Joe, is exactly what we've talked about, which is, they were just so hot for almost two months.

Now all of a sudden they're playing 500 baseball and it feels like they're not so good again, which is not true.

They're still a good team, but nobody could have played as well as they were playing for an entire season, or you'd win 120 games over the course of the season.

So, it is a good matchup tonight.

I think, may- maybe an under tonight, I think, between these two teams.

You know, Boston just doesn't scare me offensively and, un- and I, and I don't know that Baltimore's gonna get to Jake Bennett very often.

So I, I would say that maybe not a lot of runs tonight, but naturally, I didn't check.

If you guys could check if Adley Rutschman's in the lineup tonight, but if he is, I would go total bases over on Adley Rutschman and just- How would he not be?

And just b- Like, would you miss this game?

And just blind F that.

You would miss this game if you were Rutschman, right?

I would assume he's playing.

Yeah, I mean, he played there forever.

I would as, I would assume Okay, so yeah.

So, you know, probably one and a half or one, whatever it is, just go over that.

You play the revenge factor, and you talk about a guy that's fired up.

I mean, that was embarrassing that he got moved from Baltimore.

I know that Boston got a lot back, but nobody saw that coming, you know?

I mean, they just basically opted for Sam Basallo instead of him.

So yeah, he's got something to prove tonight.

Yeah, he got a lot to prove here tonight.

But listen, with Toronto winning as many games as they have now, seem to have been a lot of experience on that Toronto team still, Craig.

Plus, they have a legit number o- I don't think the Or- did the Orioles have a legit number one?

I guess maybe Trevor Rogers.

Like, who would be tops for- He was the opening day who would be the number one?

Right?

That would be it there, but- he was op- yeah, he was opening day.

They traded for Shane Baz, but y- you know, he's 5 and 14.

I don't think that you'd say he's their one.

Young has probably been their most consistent pitcher.

The other guy.

Bassett, Bradish, that's it.

That's not good at all, folks, here.

But- They had Corbin Burnes a lot of baseball to be played.

They Yeah, I was just gonna say- For like a minute they certainly did.

For, like, a half a minute they had that there.

But I'm with you.

I think the under eight and a half is not a bad look, 'cause I don't trust either of the offenses, at this particular point.
