Yeah, you know, Matt preaches this to him, and it's true, but eyes are on him all the time, you know, how they, how they handle things, how their, their preparation, um, how they handle themselves as teammates.

Um, again, their production on the field is what matters most, right?

They could be able to play the game and help us win, um, but, but eyes are on them all the time, you know, and, uh, how they fit into our culture, um, with the long term.

Um, possibilities for those players that are, that are competing for a roster spot for the first time, all that, you know, comes into play.

But at the end of the day, um, everybody gets different opportunities and you got to make the most of the opportunities that you have.
