And we've been evaluating most of these guys since the spring, right, and you're watching them and I think, you know.
We talk a lot about, we wanna get these guys into their comfort zone, and early on they're not, you know, they're they're they're learning and they can be frozen out there at times because they're still thinking and trying to figure out what is asked of them.
Uh, some guys still might be going through that, you know what I mean, and, um, you know, so it's our job to kind of figure out when they do get to their comfort zone, what, what kind of player that they're gonna be.
Um, the guys who are there right now, you've probably seen, you know, start to excel a little bit with what, what, what they're doing.
Um, but that's, that's, it's different for every player, uh, and there's good, there are times where guys get there quicker, but we kind of feel that, that, that another player, when he gets there, is gonna be a better player, right?
You know, that, that happens sometimes, so, um, but you're constantly kind of, you know, watching that and seeing how these guys are going.
Some guys fade, some guys, you know, really pick it up at the end, so, um, but at the end of the day it's, it's not necessarily what, you know, completely what they've done, but it's what we think they're gonna do.
