Pitching Probables For Series Between Seattle Mariners, Athletics
The Mariners will be taking on the Athletics with first place in the American League West on the line.

Hey everyone, Teran Kovach here for Roundtable Sports for a quick Seattle Mariners update.
So, the Mariners coming off a series loss against the Kansas City Royals over the weekend will close out their six-game road trip with a three-game series against the Athletics, which begins today and continues through Wednesday at Sutter Health Park in Sacramento, California.
The Mariners will enter this series two and a half games back behind the Athletics for first place in the American League West.
If the Mariners sweep the A's, they will take first place in the AL West.
So with that being said, here are the pitching matchups for that series.
Luis Castillo will get the start in the piggyback outing between him and Bryce Miller.
Miller got the start, the first outing in this piggyback experiment on May 19th against the White Sox.
Castillo this year has a one and five record, 6.41 ERA.
He will take on Aaron Savalli for the Athletics, who has a five and one record and a 3.31 ERA.
Then in game two of the series on May 26th, Emerson Hancock will get the nod for Seattle.
He has a three and two record and a 3.07 ERA.
He'll take on Luis Severino for the Athletics, who has a two and five record on the year with a 4.23 ERA.
And then to wrap up the series on Wednesday, Logan Gilbert will close things out for Seattle.
Two and four record, 4.04 ERA.
He'll face Jeffrey Springs, who has a three and five record and a 4.11 ERA.
