From a health standpoint, where are you right now?
I'm feeling good, yeah, glad to be back on the.
You look incredibly smooth, just flexibility, hips, everything.
Are you like pushing them a little bit?
Come on, let's up my workload here.
Let's do a little bit more.
Uh, yeah, because I mean I, I was on a little, uh, like I had a little limit or whatever, but like I've been able to exceed that, so I mean it's been going real good for me.
How would, how would you describe kind of like the process they have put you through that rehab or color?
How would you describe the rehab process, whatever you'd like to call it the various and put you through that kind of get you to this point where you do feel a lot too healthy and little things with a more.
Yeah, I think it's been a great process with them, uh, like from the day I came in to now like it's just the way I feel is just so much better because like I, I mean.
You know, AG, all the guys in there, I feel like they just really, uh, kind of been pouring into me.
I mean, it's, they done got me right.
Can it be, can it be tough sometimes kind of like to buy into certain parts because, you know, you miss a lot of time going to OTAs and mentoring and again, you know, as a football player, I know you're gonna be out there to like prove yourself.
Can it be tough sometimes when they say, hey, we need you to sit back for a day or sit back for this long period of time?
Yeah, it can be tough, but I mean it's just part of it.
Who are some guys that you've leaned on in that cornerback room or that safety room that's really been able to help you through this process of adjusting?
Yeah, I say guys like Stokes, uh, I mean Stokes, Chen, Zay, all those older vet guys.
I mean, I ask them a lot of questions, just trying to learn more about the game, you know, it's a way different from college, so just trying to get myself to where, where they at.
I noticed that you talked to Stokes a lot on the sideline and kind of, you know, go over technique and stuff like that.
What do you think is the biggest thing that you've learned from him so far?
I'll say the technique part uh and then just like our key pre-snap keys, uh, just ID IDing things that we see so I mean he's just he's helped me a lot with all that.
