Jackson, just back to the film room talking about Rick Dennison.

We see him up in, up in the grille of all the offensive linemen during the reps. Can you talk about what the process has been like in terms of the teaching, the learning in the film, in the film room, the meeting rooms with him?

Well, we have a lot of coaches in our room and they do an unbelievable job.

Each and every one will bring a different piece.

So, you know, Rico's has some way to say about one thing, and then Mario.

Saying it a different way that you know I might not have heard from, you know, Rico and then you have Ben who's an unbelievable coach as well and then you got Pete in there just bat and cleanup just helping for us, so you have so much knowledge and different ways to teach something that everybody's learning, um, everyone's just learning, and it, it just doesn't, nobody goes through the cracks, no one goes unnoticed.

It doesn't matter if you're a starter making a lot of money or you're a. Undrafted free agent guy that just came in, we're all being treated the same, and, uh, it's something that's a real breath of pressure.

Have you noticed a better frame of mind and difference being off social media now that you are that you are on social media?

Yeah, I'm happy.

Feel good.

I want to go play football.

I don't feel anxiety.

I feel like I can just lean on my guys and my wife, so.

You've mentioned that a couple of times with the anxiety.

Is that something that you've kind of had to deal with and, and learn to deal with?

I think every player has to deal with anxiety.

It doesn't matter if you're 8 years old playing your first football game in 2 ft of snow in Utah or if you're out here in 195 degrees in Las Vegas, there's always going to be anxiety, and what you do about that and how you use to channel it and get better, that's on.
