Everybody I've come in contact is, is very positive about, hey, we are getting better every day, and that's, that, that was our approach when we got, when I got here in March.
Each day signed some free agents, we got better.
We got guys in the meeting room, we taught them, we saw how they learned, we're getting better, right?
So we went to the draft, we got better.
So we're getting better every day.
We got to keep them.
Uh.
What have you seen from JPJ?
Uh, I've seen a guy that's very receptive.
He wants to learn, yes or no, sir.
Tell him to do something.
He does it the best he can if he, and he corrects mistakes.
You've been a great teammate.
How do you man is building a consistent vibe with that chemistry while still rotating guys to find that the best.
Uh, they, they're, they're all trying to be the best they can be for the team, whatever role they are, you know, uh, I think that's the big thing.
It's a big we in our, in our, um, in our meeting room.
They all talk about watch individual or watch team.
I correct them.
They talk to each other.
The leaders like Colton and uh you know, he'll say this is what I would have done and you should think about this.
So those guys are have shared information.
uh I think they're just trying to get the best team out there.
Couple more guys back to Jackson.
One of the things in the past, maybe he's had some elite play and then maybe some roller coaster moments a little bit.
Have you seen some consistency on offense?
I have.
I think he, uh, he's done a really good job in the offseason.
He studied really hard.
He's one of the first guys to answer any question I, I say in there, and he's just, you know, consistent.
I, you know, I wasn't here.
I couldn't tell you what happened the last couple of years.
I know I evaluated when he come out in the draft, and I think he's done a great job.
He's working hard, getting better every day.

It looks like you're nose to nose with these guys on, on the refs.
I was talking to Cole about it, and he said how much the, the guys love just how.
Right there you are, I guess.
Where did that come from for you?
Where has that always how it's been for you in your coaching career?
Yeah, I mean.
I don't know how to do it any different, right?
I mean, if you don't put your hands on them, if you don't, you know, you're not in, and I, and I learned the game from, from Alex, but I also look at a perspective.
I played defense.
What did I see on the other side?
And I know what my vision was.
I looked at, you know, just the gaps in, in between in the backs and as the lineman, you know, there's not much they see past the 300 pounder sometimes.
So, you know, you gotta get in it, you gotta understand what they're looking at and then talk to them.
