What do you think of the hire, and do you think that Malholtra's gonna be a good fit?
I mean, first, this was the worst-kept secret in the world that, Malholtra was gonna be the hire.
you know, he was held up for a few days 'cause they, you know, the reports were that they were, there was a difference on money.
But in the end, I think that, you know, Johnson and Malholtra, who won a Calder Cup with Abbotsford, you know, that was the combo that was gonna end up being the case.
And I think it's a good hire 'cause he's a young coach, he's a progressive coach.
this is a rebuilding team.
It's gonna take them three or four years probably to get back to where they're a playoff contender.
So I think, you know, he was a good choice, good choice, and more than likely, you know, based on some of the draft projections, they will be drafting his son Caleb third overall, and that will be a nice little combo there, for PR in, Vancouver to, to sell to the fans.
