Report: Teams still calling Raiders about Crosby
Chris Simms and Mike Florio discuss a report stating the Las Vegas Raiders are still getting calls for Maxx Crosby despite noise surrounding the star pass rusher's knee injury.

Well, and that leads to the final point.
The Raiders, according to McFadden, are still getting calls about Maxx Crosby.
Teams continue to check in on his availability- but as of now, the Raiders' asking price to trade Crosby remains high.

There's speculation in the article that maybe when we get closer to the draft something could happen, but that is a different vibe than, "Okay, I was out, and now I'm back, and I'm not leaving."

And then they may pull you back in again if you fail the physical again.
But I think that-that's the key here.
If anybody is gonna do a deal for Maxx Crosby now, hey, disguise, sunglasses, fake name, right?
No one knows that Maxx Crosby's coming to town for a physical.
Let's do all of it without anyone having any idea what's going on, because the last thing anyone needs is another Maxx Crosby being traded here, oh no he's not.
So let's get the physical done very quietly and discreetly, and I think the closer we get, you know, to the draft, beyond the draft, off-season program, training camp, he'll be healthy and ready to go.
And Chris, the biggest favor the Ravens coulda done Maxx Crosby, and wherever he plays for this year, he's gonna be pissed.

He's gonna have people in the organization looking him at out the corner of their eye.
The fan base is gonna be, "What the hell did we do?
Who's our doctor?"

But you know he's gonna be motivated.
I- I mean, he's a motivated guy as is, and this is the type of thing that just is gonna add to it.
Add, you know, just, just f- f- fire to, to the, to Maxx Crosby and, and the way he approaches things.
But yeah, I still am interested, and I get the sense that, yeah, there's still a chance that something could happen here, but the degenerative knee and that being out there is certainly gonna make everybody kind of apply the brakes and, and wanna make them do their due diligence like you're talking about.
