Russia Ousting Norway At World Juniors, Setting Up Austria Or France To Lose Their Spot From 2027 Women's Worlds

The IIHF informed Norway they have been ousted from the 2027 World Juniors to make room for Russia, setting the precedent for either Austria or France to be ousted from the 2027 women's World Championships in Quebec City to make room for Russia.
