Oh, yeah.
Dan got me pretty early and said, "You know, this kind of situation, just make sure you're ready to play."
it's usually how I come, like, how I come to the field, just ready to play.
Just never know what can happen.
so I know that phrase, stay ready, you don't have to get ready kind of thing.
but yeah, it's a bummer about Nails, but hopefully, you know, it's just a quick thing and he's back out there.
What's been your kind of process this year with just getting acclimated to the team?
'Cause you're called up, you get hurt almost right away, and then you come back, you get your first homer today.
Just what's kind of that process been like for you?
I think spring training was, really helpful in that, just getting around the guys, getting to know them.
you know, I've been fortunate to be around the game, so I, I kinda know who they were, from across the way.
But being able to get to know them, see who they are in the clubhouse and off the field, it's been, tremendous.
We got a great group in there.
so when I got called up, it just kinda fit right in.
and that's a testament to the group, to the staff just being super welcoming and, making you feel like you're a part of the team.
'cause I know that goes a long way, not only for me, but for other guys too.
