Seattle Mariners Offense Stifled Again in 2-0 Loss to Toronto Blue Jays
The Mariners had no answers for Blue Jays starting pitcher Dylan Cease and fell out of first place in the American League West.

you know, tough one tonight.
I thought, Cis, you know, he, he really, pitched well tonight against us.
You know, I thought, you know, for a guy that, that, you know, sometimes struggles in the zone, I th- I thought he got ahead of our guys pretty well tonight and, and, made some good pitches when he had to, and it really just kept us off s- stride all night long, moving the ball in and out and, and, doing what he does.
you know, I th- I thought, the rock threw the ball extremely well.
Just that one inning there in the third where they were able to get, get a couple hits back to back.
and then, but, you know, I thought again, he, he got in couple times where, you know, he ne- needed to make pitches, he did.
And, you know, got us deep into that ballgame, got us six innings and, and just, just two runs gave us a chance to win.
You know, again, just offensively tonight, you know, just weren't able to get anything going and, and, take advantage of, of any opportunity that we had.
And, you know, we gotta come back tomorrow and, and, you know, offensively g- get, get rolling and get consistent.
