Sharks' Cagnoni on Handling Tighter Defensive Attention Ahead of the Kings

At San Jose Sharks morning skate before facing the Los Angeles Kings, Cagnoni talks about how teams adjust once they start pre-scouting you. He says the answer is to move his feet, jump into holes off the puck and make his own time and space, as he did when AHL opponents began to key on him. He also talks about the game slowing down for him and about beating a big, physical LA forecheck by moving the puck. He looks back on having his mom in the building for his first game, too.
