With just two weeks left in the regular season, the Golden State Warriors need Steph Curry back.
As Steph has progressed to running and playing five-on-five basketball, Brett, what's the latest on Steph Curry's return to play?
Stephen Curry has progressed to five-on-five scrimmaging, and he looked good in his first scrimmage back.
All the word from the Warriors is that he is progressing perfectly and on pace to play in Sunday's game against the Houston Rockets, but there's one caveat.
He still needs to go through one more full practice and scrimmage, which will happen later this week before that game, and if everything goes well and he has no setbacks, he will be back playing against the Rockets and make his return before the end of the regular season.
However, if he's not able to, I have heard that the Warriors will take this seriously, and they will look to shut him down for the rest of the season.
So those are the two options still in play for Steph, but as of right now, all indications point to him making his grand return on Sunday against the Rockets.
The Warriors are the tenth seed in the Western Conference and are fighting for playing positioning with the LA Clippers and Portland Trail Blazers.
