Let's go through some of the prospects.
Tynan Lawrence, he is a center, six foot, 183 pounds.
Prospect here you see anything from 11th to 21st pick.
Yeah.
So very interesting where he's gonna go.
But Jordan, I think when you see just center as a whole, and the Flyers have such a need for center, that's enticing in itself.
Definitely, and this was a kid actually that was regarded pretty highly coming into this season.
He was one of the better centers in the draft.
I think his stock took a little bit of a hit because mid-season he went from the USHL to college, and just 17 years old, jumping into the Division 1 landscape mid-season, and he struggled a little bit.
And Craig Button told me, from TSN, that he thought it was a tough transition for Lawrence, that he didn't handle it very well.
But there's still so much, promise for this kid.
I think the Flyers would be super interested, Clayton, but that's if he falls.
I'm not sure he falls to number 21.
Absolutely.
Like you mentioned, you know, he's obviously, you know The rankings for players vary, I feel like, greatly, especially in the NHL.
But recently what I've been seeing has him going potentially even in the top 10.
Mm-hmm.
but I, you know, having watched some of his tape from Muskegon and from Boston University this past season, he's, he's, If he were to fall to the Flyers, I'm sure Danny Briere would be ecstatic because, you know, obviously they have center depth, but Tynan Lawrence would just bolster that.
He's, he- he's got great stick handling.
He's a fast skater.
He's not, like, lightning fast, but he, once he gets the puck moving through the neutral zone, he can really fly.
he knows how to use his body to protect the puck, in the offensive zone.
He sees the ice really well.
Like, I think he's got great hockey IQ- Mm-hmm to go along with a great shot.
So he can move, he can distribute the puck, he can shoot the puck really well.
and he's just like, he knows how to operate in tight spaces.
like, he knows how to use his body, how to, you know, stick handle through traffic.
and obviously he put up big numbers.
He had 54 points in the USHL, in '24, '25.
He was the MVP of that team that won the championship.
so he's, he's a really solid prospect, and I'm, like I said, I think if he were to fall to the Flyers at 21, I'm sure the front office would be pretty ecstatic.
