Undefeated flyweight calls for a long-term deal with MVP-PFL merger

Most Valuable Promotions and the Professional Fighters League announced a merger under the MVP banner, a development affecting roster planning and potential weight classes. Led by Jake Paul, Nakisa Bidarian, and CEO John Martin, Most Valuable Promotions and the Professional Fighters League promise a fighter-first model with equitable pay. Former UFC flyweight Muhammad Mokaev said he wants a long-term deal if a 125-pound flyweight division is added to the Most Valuable Promotions–PFL platform. He left the UFC after a 2024 win over Manel Kape when his deal was not renewed, and was later removed from a planned MVP bout against Adriano Moraes due to visa issues.
