Gabby Williams talks with the WNBA Showtime crew about the Golden State Valkyries win over the Dallas Wings, which clinched the team's second-ever playoff spot in their second season.

I gotta take you back to that interview that you did after the first quarter, 'cause you were fired up.
Your team had given up 19 points.
And then that second quarter, you held Dallas to just nine.
What did you see from your team defense for the remainder of the game?
I mean, that's not who we are.
That first quarter, I was pissed.
I mean, we're not a team that just comes out here and just shoots and beats teams like that way.
We win off defense, so we knew we weren't gonna win that game if we didn't start getting stops.

I was able to speak to Coach Nakazi on Saturday and just ask her defensively what's the philosophy.
She says the one thing that has aggravated her during the week was the lack of communication with all of you.
Do you feel like you guys are finally getting on the same page defensively?

She say I can't t- She said I don't Sh- she better not say I didn't talk, 'cause I done lost my voice this week- trying to scream, so.
We are.
We're working on it.
We're trying to get better at it, because it, it just fixes a lot of errors when you can talk it out.

Listen, you guys are, you know, on this win streak.
You're three games out from first place now, so you're right on Minnesota's heels.
How much of that is motivating what you guys are doing right now?
How much of that are you talking about in the locker room?
We love it.
Everyone has been sleeping on us all year, but now we have the target on our back and it's a whole different kind of pressure.
So the way we're gonna handle it, we're just gonna stay together, we're gonna keep using our depth, and we're gonna keep emptying the tank when we're on the court.
Well, you have emptied the tank and emptied your voice, Gabby.
