McDonald's Is Bringing Back the 'Perfect' Fall Pairing This Month
- McDonald's is introducing its fall menu featuring the return of the Pumpkin & Creme Pie and the Pumpkin Spice Latte, available starting August 29.
McDonald's is ready to wave goodbye to summer and welcome fall, and so are its loyal customers–even if it means they have to say goodbye to its popular Blueberry & Crème Pie .
The beloved burger joint has made several pretty big announcements regarding future menu updates this week, from a new Happy Meal collab to slashing combo prices and bringing back its "long-awaited" Monopoly game . It even dropped a limited line of retro merch to celebrate its new Mt. McDonaldland Shake . And on Thursday, it revealed it's bringing back the "perfect pairing" this fall: McDonald's Pumpkin Spice Latte and the Pumpkin & Crème Pie.
McDonald's Pumpkin Menu for Fall 2025
The star of the season is arriving at McDonald's–and soon. The fast food chain will be serving up a signature Pumpkin Spice Latte all season long. The McCafé Pumpkin Spice Latte features freshly brewed espresso steamed and spiced to perfection with hints of pumpkin and cinnamon flavors, according to an official description. Grab it during breakfast or as an afternoon pick-me-up (hot or iced).

McDonald's Pumpkin & Crème Pie is also making a comeback this year, and fans are beyond thrilled to finally get the confirmation. The turnover-style crust is filled with pumpkin pie on one side, crème on the other, and "baked to perfection" with a sugar coating.

"That pie shall be mine!" one declared online.
"My one true love," another joked.
"Yes please," a third simply shared.

A different fan hoped the chain would "bring back the pumpkin milkshake they had years ago," going as far as to tag the brand, though it didn't respond.
"woow," one more exclaimed. "Dangerous move from McDonald's🥹."
As for those Boo Buckets , there's been no official word from McDonald's regarding if or when it will bring back the nostalgic seasonal collectible. That said, rumor has it that the buckets are due to be released in October, just like in years past.
When Do McDonald's Fall-Inspired Items Land on Menus?
While the first official day of autumn isn't for another month (Sept. 22), McDonald's (like several other brands) is gearing up for an early start and launching its pumpkin menu at participating locations nationwide beginning on Friday, Aug. 29.
So those looking to stock up on the Blueberry & Crème Pie to freeze for the coming months, you still have time, but not much.
