The Stephen W. Wright '81 Pfizer Green Chemistry

Funded by a gift from Stephen W. Wright, Dartmouth Class of 1981, and Pfizer Global Research and Development, this award was established in 2004 in memory of Professor Karen E. Wetterhahn, to be awarded by the faculty as often as annually to one or more senior chemistry majors whose research best exemplifies the practice of "Green Chemistry."  In addition to a cash award, the awardee’s name is inscribed on the Wright/Pfizer plaque displayed in the Marx Lounge of Burke Laboratory, and the awardee receives a smaller inscribed replica plaque.
