FCPS offers middle school cross country in the fall and outdoor track in the spring.
Any current FCPS middle school student, enrolled in at least five courses, who is in good standing at their school, and is eligible to participate in the middle school after school program.

Every Virginia High School League Coach or FCPS club sport coach (crew and rifle) in FCPS must complete these requirements.
