Student Library Trustee

The Student Library Trustee position is a non-voting, advisory member of the library board. This volunteer position provides a unique opportunity for students to actively participate in shaping the future of the Moline Public Library and enhancing its value to the community. By representing their peers and contributing to library governance, the Student Library Trustee plays a role in carrying out the library’s mission to inspire lifelong learning, create community, and transform lives with quality resources and services.

  2. Applicants should be able to attend monthly Library Board meetings that occur on the second Thursday of each month at Noon. Typical meetings last approximately one hour.
