Nadu and I are thinking about going to Vancouver/Victoria for New Year's. I have amazingly never been to either city, so I need to find out some things. If anyone reading this is from Vancouver or Victoria, please let me know your opinions on these:

Best restaurants (Japanese, Chinese, anything)
Fun stuff to do. Don't want to get stuck in the tourist traps with a billion other people :)
