アメリカで行われている陪審員制度、
何だか日本人には理解できないところが多いです。
日本でも導入される予定なんですね。
私も個人的には、最高峰の司法試験を合格できた人が
法律を厳粛に扱ってほしいような気がするんですが・・・
それでは 裁判員制度 をちょっと勉強してみましょう
ここで体験 もできるんですよ。
私、チャレンジ裁判員で１問、間違えちゃいました（汗）
新聞やマスコミなどの意見にも左右されていはいけないのだ！！
