シュリーマンはその著書｢ 古代への情熱
｣で、外国語を容易に習得する方法として、自分で文章を書いてこれをひたすら覚えるというのが効果的であると言っています。
私も試してみました。
自分が話せる言葉を使って、自分が覚えられる文章を作ってみると、嘘のように英語が話せるようになりました。
皆さんも、このブログの後半に載せてある文章のパターンを参考にして、文章を作り、覚え、英語ぺらぺらになりましょう。
【今日の例題】
「インターネットは社会をどう変えたか？」
【Introduction】
イ I’d like to talk about the topic, “How has the Internet changed the society? ”
I was so encouraged by the message that I passed the examination.
ハ The Internet is very likely to have changed your lifestyles completely.
I’d like to stress two points.
【Body】
「Case1」
イ The Internet makes your life and business more efficient.
ロ You can do lots of things without wasting time, money and energy.
ハ I’m interested in steam locomotives. Through the Internet I can get all kinds of information about steam locomotives faster and less expensive without leaving my home.
A friend in my neighborhood doesn’t commute to his office. He communicates with his boss through the Internet. He saves his commuting times as well as office space and desk.
「Case2」
イ The Internet improves communication between people in the world.
ハ You can communicate with people much cheaper through the Internet than by letters or telephone.
You can send a message whenever you like, wherever you choose and even to many people at a time.
Through the Internet I often chat with people whom I’ve never met before. This makes my world bigger and bigger.
【Conclusion】
Therefore, I believe the Internet has changed the society very much.
この文章は、自分の考えを論理的に伝えるための「必勝パターン」を使って書いています。
「必勝パターン」に関しては、 ２００５年３月３０日のブログ に詳しく書きましたが、ここで、もう一度流れをおさらいします。

英語を話す近道であることに気がつくでしょう。

例題に対する回答例ですので、少々大げさに書いています。
常に連絡を取り合っている人はそんなにいるわけではありません。
最近は、韓国人、米国人とメールのやり取りをしているくらいです。

おっしゃるとおりだと思います。
私は、英語の勉強で大切なことは、outputをたくさん行うことです。
外国語が苦手な人は、英語を聞くことと読むことしかしません。
語学はスポーツと同じで、練習が大切だと思っています。
書いたり、話したりする練習をすることが上達の近道だと思っています。
