Albert Gonzalez, a Miami hacker who once worked as a government informant tracking down identity thieves, was indicted recently for the alleged theft of some 130 million credit card numbers. In doing so, he and his accomplices(共犯者)may have perpetrated(罪を犯す、悪事を働く)the largest retail-store data breaches in US history. At the time of his indictment, Gonzalez was already in prison on charges that he stole the information of 40 million debit and credit cards from several major US companies.
