After watching Tsuyama Railroad Educational Museum, I photographed a 2-carriage Kiha 47 Series in a red-and-cream-coloured livery for express trains in Japan National Railway period. The two were repainted in 2020. Before the repaint, they had the liveries in bright red and cream, the standard colour for the diesel carriages for local trains in the JNR period since 2016. In 2016, the two served as a"Mimasaka Nostalgy" special train on Tsuyama Line. Since then, they have served as local trains on Tsuyama Line and Imbi Line.
These two carriages sometimes serve as "Mimasaka Slow Life" on Imbi Line. However, on that day, the two served as a "Kotobuki" rapid train on Tsuyama Line.
I shot the train when it arrived and crossed a mechanical semaphore signal in the museum.
After the passengers got off, the train went to the railyard. I shot the train going to the railyard in a sepia tone.
