 ○2005 Saint-Mont Blanc Le Faite

Madiran の北に位置する南西地方Saint-Mont の1974年に設立された共同組合。このキュヴェは、遅摘みの葡萄に樽熟成を施して仕込まれた白のトップ・キュヴェ。エチケットの代わりに木札が用いられている。蝋封。品種はGros Manseng 70%, Petit Courbu　20%, Petit Manseng 10%。このキュヴェを試すのは、昨年12月に続いて2本目。
