　原則の妥協や譲歩の必要はないが、交渉を持ちかけることである。
It need no compromise and concession of the principle, but open to approach with negotiations.

　キッシンジャー博士はＳＡＬＴ(大陸間弾道ミサイル制限条約)を切り札にモスクワに乗り込んだ。
　外交的対話のチャンネルがつながれば、アメリカは権威の失墜を招くことはない。
Dr. Kissinger had drived into Moscow with the card of SALT .
　If the channel of diplomatic talks would be connected ; the United States do not need to cause loss of authority.

　ただ、もう一つ大きな疑惑が存在する。
　それはアメリカ政府内部の反逆問題である。
　アメリカの政府内部、特に情報当局の一部には、私と同じようにイスラエル軍部のクーデターの可能性を予測、あるいは察知しながら、それを黙認する人々がいるのではないか。
But I have a big doubt one more.
　It is the issue of secret treason of the U.S. Government inside.
　These inside, there may be people in particular a part of the intelligency sense and predict the possibility of coup d'etat of the Israeli militarism in the same logics as me, but connive it tacitly.

　すなわち、彼らはハマスが政権をとったことで、パレスチナ和平プロセスのロードマップ期限合意が崩壊することを密かに期待し、イスラエルに対テロ戦争に強硬な政権があらわれる可能性を密かに期待しているのだ。
In other words they expect secretly　that the agreement of road-map & time-limits of a Palestinian peace process destitute on roadside after Hamas took the government and then, possibility to show the strong political power for war against Islamic terrorism in Israel.

　このようなアメリカの情報当局のサボタージュはすべて裏目の結果を出していることに、われわれは気づくだろう。
　産油国ベネズエラでは反米左翼政権が誕生した。
We notice all the sabotage of such intelligence sections giving a result of a terrible backfire.
　The anti-U.S. left-winger Administration was born in oil-producing Venezuela.

　ハマスがパレスチナで政権をとったのは他でもない、イスラエルのシャロン首相がアラファト議長をラマラの議長府に戦車で包囲した時、アメリカ政府がこれを黙認したからである。
　このために穏健派はパレスチナ各地で求心力を失い、アラファト議長は代理の後継者を指名して政治活動することができなかった。　
Why Hamas took the government in Palestine?
When Israeli Prime Minister Sharon surrounded Chairperson Arafat by tank corps in Ramallah, the U.S. Government consented tacitly to this.
　Palestinian moderate politics lost centripetal force with this purpose in each place or, Mr. Arafat cannot nominated the substitute successor and was not able to do a political activity.　

　このように各国が平和の意思を明確にせず、結局は何もしないことになれば、われわれはまた多くの市民の犠牲を知ることになるだろう。
As such, each nation can not make intention of peace clear, and we will know sacrifice of many citizens again after all if nothing will do.
