Martin Taylor in Cotten Club
昨夜、急遽予約し、本日のCotten ClubでのMartin Taylorのソロライブに行ってきました。 リズム、テクニックとも素晴らしく、目を閉じると一人で演奏しているようには聴こえません。 私事で立てこんでおり、詳細は機会がありましたら、また。 相変わらず写真にセンスが無し。

ジェシ ヴァン ルーラー＆momuさんのLevin330
You can read the same contents"Jesse van Ruller & Mr.momu's Levin330" in English after Japanese. 今回のJazz Guitar Book Vol.19（P.69）にジェシ ヴァン ルーラーのインタビューが載りました。 ジェシ ヴァン ルラーが現在使用しているギターは、Frans Ekertink氏製作のものです。Levin同様DeArmondを搭載している事は知っていましたが、Levinを細部まで計測し忠実に再現したものであることまでは知りませんでした。 momuさんコメントありがとうございました。Dynasonic(Dearmond)には色々な種類があり、私のLevinも一方が白でもう一台は黒です。また、アーチトップに後付するタイプの物もあります。以前コメントしましたが、白と黒とで音は変わらないように思います。 momuさんのLevin330は1960年製でネックが太いとの事ですので、Levin がネックの太さを変えたのは1960年～1961年の間だと推察されますね。 コメントで頂いた情報は後日ブログでリンクできるようにさせて頂きます。 ありがとうございました。 The interview to Jesse van ruller is on Jazz Guitar Book vol.19(P.69). I know the guitar witch he use is made by Mr. Frans Ekertink, and also DeArmond is on it. But it is new imformation for me that his guitar was made by the datas mesured from Levin. Thanks the comment for Mr.momu. There are many types of Dynasonic(Dearmond) pick-ups. One of my levin has white one,but the other has black. I feel no different between white and black. Levin 330 which Mr.momu has was made in 1960 and its neck is fat. I suppose the change of the width of neck of Levin's archtop has done between 1960 and 1961. The comment from Mr.momu will be written in this blog.
