どうしてレールが3本あるのですか？
三線軌条の線路↑（2018年10月26日、金沢八景） 三線軌条のポイント↑（2018年10月26日、金沢八景） 金沢八景駅4番線にある線路には、3本のレールが敷かれていることに、今日、初めて気がつきました。 一方のレールは共有され、もう一方のレールが軌間に応じて別々に設置されています。 広い方の軌間は1435mm、狭い方の軌間は1067mmとなっています。 京浜急行は軌間1435mmですので、広い方を使っています。 狭い方の軌間は何に使うのでしょうか？ これは、近くに（株）総合車両製作所があることが理由とのことです。 ここで製作された車両が軌間1067mmの場合に、車両の搬送用に使われているとのことです。 （株）総合車両製作所からJR逗子駅まで1067mmの線路が敷かれています。 その一部が京浜急行の線路を共有しているのです。 【Bon appétit !】 A dual gauge railway is a track that allows the passage of trains of two different track gauges. 2018年10月21日の農作業
キャベツ等↑（2018年10月24日、川口市） レタス、ブロッコリー等↑（2018年10月24日、川口市） 10月21日は、次のような作業を行いました。落花生収穫。ダイコンの中耕・土寄せ・追肥、防虫ネット撤去。カブ、茎ブロッコリーの追肥。ブロッコリー、レタス、キャベツの追肥、防虫ネット撤去。ハクサイの追肥とリカバリー苗の植え付け。シュンギク、ミズナ、コマツナのリカバリー苗の植え付け。ホウレンソウの芽の出が悪いので、すき込んで耕し直して、再種蒔き。ハクサイの苗が成長しなかった部分を耕し直して、コマツナ等の種蒔き。 【Bon appétit !】 Cabbage or headed（結球した）cabbage (comprising several cultivars（品種）of Brassica oleracea) is a leafy green, red (purple), or white (pale green) biennial plant grown as an annual vegetable crop for its dense-leaved heads. 南栗橋行と会津若松行きの電車が並ぶ？
南栗橋行と会津若松行↑（2018年10月13日） 制服姿の駅員↑（2018年10月13日） 南栗橋行の電車と会津若松行の電車が並んでいます。こんな方向違いの行先の電車が並ぶものかと驚きました。会津若松行の電車のヘッドマークには「戊辰150周年」と書かれています。駅員の制服は、黒色に金色が入っていて、とてもレトロな感じです。東武日光駅での光景でした。 【Bon appétit !】 Tobu Railway Co., Ltd. is a Japanese commuter railway company in the Greater Tokyo Area as well as an intercity and regional operator in the Kantō region. えっ！ サンマリノ神社ワイン？
神社ワインのラベル↑（2018年9月28日） ヨーロッパ最古の共和国であるサンマリノに、なんと天照大神を祭った神社があるのだそうです。この神社、ヨーロッパで初めて神社本庁が承認した神社だそうです。 先日、サンマリノ神社ワインをご馳走になり、この事実を知りました。【Bon appétit !】 On June 22, 2014, San Marino Jinja was founded at Podere Lesignano in the Republic of San Marino, the oldest republic in the world.
