The day before yesterday four prefefecture staff members and three dealers were arrested for the susupicion of the tender obstruction.
It was reported that there was a conference when the medical treatment machine was delivered to the prefectural hospital two years ago.
The government manufacture conference prevention law was enacted four years ago, and it became news.
I wonder why the arrested clerical officers might not have resisted the doctor because of the illegalness of that deed.
But,I don't know the relation between tender obstruction of the criminal law and the government manufacture conference prevention law.
