NMB４８ 第三章？ その7
キャプテンの小島花梨（チームB2キャプテン兼任）を中心に四期生の渋谷凪咲（チームMキャプテン）、加藤有夏（三期生）、川上千尋（チームNキャプテン）、二期生の石田優美（チームN副キャプテン）が中心になって活躍してゆくからNMB48の将来は明るい。 が、期待して育成して来た山本彩花を欠くのは惜しいと言わざるを得ないと言いたい。 今後は看護学校に合格したし、姉と母が看護師でこのコロナ禍で奮闘している姿に感じ入ったことから今春からその道を目指すとか。 その方面でも成功することを祈念したい。 NMB４８ 第三章？ その6

2020年初頭のウオーキング その4
運動である。 幸い今の私にはつい最近の一ヶ月に３２万歩超の実績がある。 この効果としてルーティンワークとしてのウオーキングがあり、脚にも充分筋肉がついた。 自身もモチベーションも充実化している。 早朝の寒い時間だがこれまでに開発したコースを取ることにして斜度５％の坂道を含むそれを歩き、途中にある大規模公園内の周回路（一周６５０歩）を８周して帰路に就いた。 トータルで２時間超のそれで13600歩超を歩いた。 三が日で34600歩である。 この文章の執筆時点では80000歩を超えている。2020年初頭のウオーキング その３

ガイド冥利？ 2020年初頭 その５
に昇るとか言うからその類いととってもらってもやぶさかではない。 依頼人からの要望でツアーに使える時間は2時間となっていた。 私としては今回のコースなら3時間超あれば完璧に案内出来るのだが希望であればそれに沿うしかない。 その意味も兼ねて講演のレジュメを配布した。 さて三年ぶりのメインコースのガイドと言うことで多少の不安がよぎったが昔取った杵柄とでも言うのだろうか案内は淀みなくスムーズに行えた。 盛りだくさんだがシンプルに情報を伝えることが出来たと自負している。 稀にもう少し立ったと思えるときもあるが今回は復活と言う事もあり、やってと良かったと思う。 精一杯と言うのは実に気持ちが良い。 それが伝わっていればと願うばかりである。 ガイド冥利？ 2020年初頭 その４

コロナ禍中の僥倖のはじまり 講演が終わった後、次の日が休日の場合であれば半日近くベッドで寝る。 連日講演する場合でも同様だ。 これまで報告してきたように講演予定日まで切羽詰まっている状況の下では前日までその準備を行う。 ややもすれば講演に出かける直前までそうするから徹夜ということもある。 聴衆が五人であっても例え二百人越えでも準備することは同じだ。 以前に行った講演を求められる場合は軽く見直し、もし誤字脱字やその他の不備が見つかれば修正することもある。

璧なガイドができた。 もうこれでガイド人生のピークを極めたと感じた。 これに至るまでの経緯が奇蹟だと思う。 普通なら奇跡と書くのが正しいが私は奇蹟と表現したい。 プロデューサーさんは最初に公的機関に問い合わせをしたが一週間を経ても何らアクションがとられなかった。 それで別の同じような組織にも問い合わせたとか。 それに対応できるスタッフが居なかったのでそれに実績のある私にその依頼がまわってきたのである。 2020年のボランティア活動 顚末 その3
