On July 4th, I photographed the E261 Series "Saphir Odoriko" from a hill near Sagami Bay, one of the most famous photo spots among railway photographers.
From Hayakawa Station, I walked along Sagami Bay until the Suzuhiro Kamaboko fish paste store at the corner of the bayside roadway and a thin agricultural path. Turning right onto the agricultural path, I went under the Tokaido Main Line and Tokaido Shinkansen bridges. Turning left and going up the hill, I came to the photo spot.
Though it takes about 35 minutes on foot, I longed to visit there once because of its scenery.
The combination of E261 Series and Sagami Bay looks good.
