Hi10Proがダメみたい…返送か新規購入か(^^;

暮れの出来事としてポストしたHI10roの不調の続きです
Gearbestから返答がありました
返事は早いです、ただこんな金額のものの不具合は初めてなのでちょっと不安
返信の内容はこんな感じ、

迷惑をかけてすみません

この問題を解決する手段…

1.返送してもらいGearbestに到着したら交換か返金の手続きをします

ただし返送手数料はユーザーの負担です

またGearbestからの返送は普通便になり、高速便を希望なら料金が発生します

2.商品を返送しないで、35$の返金をGearbestで使える形で返金する

返金には1日程度時間がかかる

…後はそのことに関する注意です(翻訳が面倒なだけとも言う)

で、当然のように、最初は返送して交換してもらうつもりで…いたので

返送用のRMA番号の入った用紙をもらいましたよ

RMA＝Return Merchandise Authorization(Wikiより)

書類を作成して、荷造りして、発送準備完了…
で、料金を調べた…今かよ?…という気もしないでもないけど…
結果代金は

日本→中国　EMSで3800円　普通便でも3000円…(* *)

で、戻りも高速便を利用して往復したらいくらよ…3800円X2=7600円?
いや実際にはそんなにかからないと思うけど、仮にこの金額に返金の35$を足すと
10000円くらいになっちゃうじゃん！
しかも往復の時間がかかる…まあ、一ヶ月位はかかる覚悟でしょうね、行って来いだし

で、調べるとHi10Proを16000円弱で売ってます

年末特価だか新年特価だかでしょう

これを買っちゃえば、手元の物が補修部品になると考え直した
問題は返金のポイントが間に合うかどうか…

特価は日本時間で元旦の朝10:00頃には

表示されていたのでポイントの返金待ちにすることにしました。
で、2日の夜 23:00の時点で
残りは数時間で残り40台くらいになっちゃいました
それで、ポイントのバックはまだでしたが、発注しちゃいました。
絶対に時間に間に合って起きる自信がなかったし…どうもこの終了時間が曖昧な気がしてね。

17555円に上がってました

そしてその後夕方になってポイントバックしたよ～の
連絡が入りました…困ったポイントを使うネタがないじゃん(^^ゞ

新しいのが到着したら、イメージバックアップを全書き戻しに
挑戦しようかとか考えてます。そのために何個か作ってあるし
環境をまた作るのは面倒なのでね。

と言うことでまたしても「到着しないよ～」が続くかもしれません
