The CLARITY Act passing is the ‘announce during clarity’ moment. It hasn’t happened yet. But every week that passes without a collapse — while the Fed balance sheet grows, while Schwab enters, while sovereign wealth funds allocate — is a week that the structural floor gets more load-bearing.

Ethereum’s 5-Year Base Is the Most Underappreciated Chart in Crypto Right Now

Ethereum has been trading between roughly $1,500 and $4,800 for close to five years. The monthly RSI is at levels that have marked every major reversal in ETH’s history — 2018, 2020, 2022. Each time, what followed was a significant multi-year expansion. The current setup is sitting at the lower boundary of that range at $2,097, with the RSI in the same zone as those prior bottoms.

• The war will end.

• The CLARITY Act will pass or it won’t, and the market will price it either way.

• The 401k rule will close its comment period and either advance or stall.

None of these timelines are under our control. What is under our control is whether we’re positioned when they resolve — or whether we sold at $66K and found out later.
