新宿三丁目でランチとなり、和食店を検索して、りん（新宿区新宿5-17-6 中田ビル　Ｂ１Ｆ　03-3205-7252）を初めて利用した。

カウンターとテーブル席で、キッチンには2人の料理人。そしてフロアは中国人っぽい女性。

ランチは950円の日替り御膳からあるようだが、今日の日替りご膳は、ほっけ味醂干し焼き。私は味醂干しはあまり好きでないのでパス。次にお手頃なのは、1000円のサービス御膳で、まながつお一夜干。これにしようと思ったのだが、その下に書かれていた1650円の特選焼魚御膳の魚が甘鯛塩焼きだったので、ついつい特選焼魚御膳をオーダーしてしまった。

こちらは、注文してから魚の串打ちを始める。それは、一番安い味醂干しでも同じようだ。なので、オーダーしてから料理が出てくるまで15分程度かかった。茶碗蒸しと、冷たい若芽などの煮浸し、香の物、ご飯に、味噌汁。そして甘鯛は半身で結構大きい。

茶碗蒸しは熱々でまあまあなのだが、蟹カマはちょっと余計。煮浸しは、しっかりした味付け。甘鯛は、ちょっと水っぽく感じて、塩加減を含めイマイチだった。ご飯は、普通で、味噌汁も普通。糠漬けは美味しかった。

このクオリティの甘鯛だったら、1000円のまながつおの一夜干にすべきだったし、きっとそっちの方が美味しくて安くて満足度も高かったと思う。ただ、注文を受けてから串打ちして焼き始める姿勢は評価に値すると思った。
