A Mini Trip to Kamakura – Riding the Enoden 鎌倉小旅行 江ノ電
This spring, I took a short trip to Kamakura with a friend, and it was such a lovely escape from the city. Kamakura is a historic coastal town just an hour or so from Tokyo, and it's famous for its beautiful temples, beaches... and the Enoden!The Enoden (short for Enoshima Electric Railway) is a charming little train that runs from Kamakura to Fujisawa. It's not just a way to get around – it's part of the experience. The train is small, vintage-looking, and runs so close to the houses and streets that it feels like you're inside a Ghibli movie or a classic manga scene. Seriously, you’ve probably seen it in anime without even realizing it!かいひん荘鎌倉There were a lot of tourists, especially around the more popular stops like Hase and Enoshima, but that just added to the fun atmosphere. Everyone seemed excited to be there, snapping photos and enjoying the ride.If you're ever in Japan and want a mix of history, nature, and a touch of nostalgia, I really recommend riding the Enoden. My Favorite Okonomiyaki at Narita Airport ＠ぼでぢゆう 成田空港
I often fly in and out of Narita Airport since I spend time with my family every month. Every time I go, I wonder what to eat. This time I want to introduce a great place called Botejyu which serves Osaka-style okonomiyaki.Since I am from western Japan I really love okonomiyaki. On this day I had a "modern-yaki" which includes yakisoba noodles inside the pancake. It was absolutely amazing. The sauce and mayo are just perfect and the noodles make it really satisfying.If you ever visit Terminal 3 at Narita Airport I highly recommend trying their okonomiyaki.I will post two photos below one of the restaurant and one of the dish
