遅くなりましたが、新年明けましておめでとうございます！
う～ん、ゼミナールらしい「英語」に関する新年の話題が
思いつきません・・・
あっ、私の卒業生２人がアメリカで年越しをしました。
（と、強引にアメリカネタにつなげる）
どんな年越しをしたのかな？コメントでもくれるといいな。
私も２０年位前（もう正確に覚えていない苦笑）、N.Y. や
ニューオリンズで年を越したことがあります。
ニューオリンズでの年越しは派手だったな（笑）
バーボンストリートはすごかった。形容しがたい。
竹下通りでもないし、アメ横でもないし、もちろんプロぺ通り
でもない（笑）・・・
とにかく（？）、私もそういった群集の中で年を越すことが
なくなったというくらい歳をとりました（苦笑）
でも、今年（来年？）は何かを起こしますよ！

Here， although christmas is such a big event for American， New Year event seems to be not a big deal for them compared with that in Japan， except for times squere in NY or somethin， I think.
I spent time with friends when it tured to New Year. I prefer Japanese TOSHIKOSHI thou.

New Year's Greeting from Portland!

アメリカで年越しをしたもう一人の方です。
新年明けましておめでとうございます。
NOW， I'm going to join you guys in English!
I spent time with my friends in Florida for Christmas and in Las Vegas for New Year. Total 3 times to go to Las Vegas for me in last yearXD
Las Vegas is a gamble town， right? However no alcohol and no gamble for me. You know， I need one more old:( I'm feeling like I would be allowed to do that if in Japan!
Anyway I'm totally having fun in the U.S and finally tomorrow is a day I'm supposed to go back to Japan. Time is really quick， I'm sure. My mother and brother are supposed to be at Narita airport for me. I can't wait to meet them， kind of excited but also I miss America. So complicated.
When I go back to Japan， I have coming of age day， reunion or something like that， of course it'll be enjoyable but also hard. I think no time to meet you for a few days， but I'll try to make time for it so just looking forward to souvenirs from America!! Those might be no big deal for youlol
