ＴＤＬの勤務経験者は全国で約２０万人はいる、と言われるが、
この木村美絵さんはＴＤＬの経験はない。
フロリダのディズニーワールドへ行き、
そこで初めてディズニーのノウハウを現地で学んでいく。
妙にビジネス書っぽくなく＜教育本＞ぽくないところが読みやすい。
ご本人の素直な驚きや体験がきちんと記させている。
業界慣れした人たちの本とは明らかに違う。
下心や押し付け感が何もない。
大事件があったわけでもなく、
やたらに執念めいたいモノがあったわけでもなく、
一人の女性が「行きたい！」と思って学んできた、と。
