上海や北京はインバウンドに関しては学ぶことが多数あります。
例えば、ホテルのデスク周り。
安いビジネスホテルチェーンでも、この通り。
デスクの電気通信関連はまとまっています。
日本のコンセントもそのままさせるし、
もちろん中国国内のコンセントもそのまま使えます。
「インターネットのケーブルはどこにあるのか？」と探す必要もない。
もちろんネット代は無料 。
ビジネスマンにとってはありがたい設備です。
（これがなけりゃ泊まらないけど、、、：笑）
だから中国人観光客が日本に来て ネットが有料のホテル に泊まると
「ええ？！なんで？」と驚くわけです。
見ての通り、 チープな造りだけど必要にして十分 。
日本国内で出張していても、これほどまとまった設備には
なかなか出会うことがありません。
（ビジネスホテルの場合）
どんなにきれいでも、 使いづらいのはよいサービスじゃない
ちなみに、このホテルチェーンは、 当初からインバウンドを意識していた ので、
この設備を徹底している、とのこと。
ホテルの外国人客がもっともストレスを感じるのは 、
「 通信と電気設備（コンセント）
やりますねー！
日本のホテルも真似して欲しいものです。
