The first answer is never the final one. I treat the AI like a junior developer
I’m mentoring. I give feedback and challenge it:

“That’s a good start, but can you refactor this to be more
modular?”

“You used a library our org doesn’t support — can you rewrite
it with standard tools?”

“Why did you choose that approach? Explain it to me.”

4. Align it With Your Goal, Bit by Bit

Each response brings me closer to the final
product. I might:

Combine parts from multiple outputs

reshaping until the result matches the design I had in my head.

Learn as You Go

This is the hidden benefit. When the AI　uses a function I’ve never seen, I pause and look it up. When it suggests an　unfamiliar approach, I ask for pros and cons. I’m not just getting tasks done　faster — I’m actively learning , in real time, right in the context　of my work.

You absolutely need to know the basics of　what you’re doing. You need to have a mental design of what you want to build.

AI multiplies your existing skills — it　doesn’t replace them.
